ReO_(x)/CeO_(2)催化甲醇选择氧化制甲酸甲酯动力学研究

摘要 通过浸渍法合成了一种ReO_(x)/CeO_(2)催化剂,对该材料进行了XRD和SEM等技术表征,并研究了甲醇在该催化剂上选择氧化制甲酸甲酯的反应动力学。结果表明:在180~260℃的温度范围内,ReO_(x)/CeO_(2)催化剂表现出良好的催化甲醇选择氧化制甲酸甲酯的活性,可以达到80%~90%的甲酸甲酯的选择性。动力学研究结果表明,甲醇和甲酸甲酯反应的活化能分别为80.3 kJ/mol和92.9 kJ/mol,氧气、甲醇对生成甲酸甲酯的反应级数接近于0,水的反应级数为负值,对该催化反应有抑制作用。 A ReO_(x)/CeO_(2)catalyst was prepared by a simple impregnation method,characterized by XRD and SEM,and the kinetics study of the selective oxidation of methanol to methyl formate catalyzed by ReO_(x)/CeO_(2)was carried out. The results show that the ReO_(x)/CeO_(2)catalyst has good catalytic activity for selective oxidation of methanol to methyl formate in the temperature range of 180 ~ 260 ℃,and the selectivity of 80% ~ 90% methyl formate can be achieved. The kinetic results show that the activation energy of methanol and methyl formate is 80. 3 kJ/mol and92. 9 kJ/mol,respectively. The reaction order of oxygen and methanol is close to 0,and that of water is negative,which can inhibit the catalytic reaction.
