淮北煤田岩浆侵入区煤的热解特征研究——以卧龙湖煤矿为例

摘要 淮北煤田燕山期经历过多次岩浆侵入,对煤的性质造成了重要影响。利用热重分析的方法,对受岩浆侵入的卧龙湖煤矿煤样进行了分析。实验结果表明:卧龙湖煤矿煤样热解率均小于20%,热解速率较小(最大值为0.030 4 mg/min),热解的初始温度较高,主要温度阶段为450~800℃,升温速率越大煤的热解率越小。研究认为岩浆侵入增加了煤中含铁矿物是热解率较低和热稳定性较好的主要原因。研究结果为岩浆侵入区煤样的气化利用提供了重要的基础参数。 The Yanshan period in Huaibei coalfield experienced many magmatic intrusions,which had an important influence on coal properties. Thermogravimetric analysis is used to analyze the coal samples of Wolonghu coal mine invaded by magma. The experimental results indicate that the pyrolysis ratio of Wolonghu coal samples is less than 20%. The pyrolysis rate is also low( The maximum value is 0. 030 4 mg/min) and the initial temperature of pyrolysis is high with the main temperature stage 450 ~ 800℃ . The higher the heating rate,the lower the pyrolysis rate of coal. The results show that the increase of iron-bearing minerals in coal by magmatic intrusion is the main reason for the lower pyrolysis rate and better thermal stability. The results provide important basic parameters for gasification and utilization of coal samples in magmatic intrusion area.
