敏感性储层低伤害压裂液体系研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对储层胶结疏松,泥质含量高,水敏性强的特点,为提高目标地区浅层油气井储层产量,进行增产改造。本文通过储层特性研究,对增产改造地区压裂液体系进行优化设计,根据物性特征实验结果进行压裂液体系优选,进行压裂性能测试,对比压裂液体系优化后油气井的产能。结果表明:低浓度速溶瓜胶更适合储层压裂增产,提高压裂效率;使用复合防膨剂技术,比提高单一防膨剂浓度效果更好;优选压裂液体系试油效果较好,较改良前日油量提高了16倍;现场施工的顺利进行,为目标地区其它低渗油气井增产开发提供有力的技术支撑。 Aiming at the characteristics of loose cementation,high shale content,and strong water sensitivity,in order to increase the production of shallow oil and gas well reservoirs in the target area,the stimulation reform was carried out.Based on the study of reservoir characteristics,this paper optimizes the design of fracturing fluid system in the stimulation area,optimizes the fracturing fluid system based on the experimental results of physical properties,conducts fracturing performance testing,and compares the productivity of oil and gas wells after the optimization of the fracturing fluid system.The results show that:low-concentration instant guar gum is more suitable for reservoir fracturing to increase production and improve fracturing efficiency;the use of composite anti-swelling agent technology is better than increasing the concentration of single anti-swelling agent;the preferred fracturing fluid system has better oil test results.The daily oil volume has increased by 16 times compared with that before the improvement;the smooth progress of on-site construction has provided strong technical support for the stimulation and development of other low-permeability oil and gas wells in the target area.
