裂缝性地层高吸油膨胀树脂堵漏剂及作用机理研究

摘要 页岩地层裂缝发育,在钻井工程中极易发生井漏等恶性事故,造成重大经济损失。吸油树脂在处理页岩地层渗透性和中小裂缝性油基钻井液漏失时取得了较好的效果,但存在强度低、耐温性差等问题。针对上述问题,以丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸月桂酯和苯乙烯为共聚单体,合成了一种三元复合高吸油膨胀树脂堵漏剂。测试结果表明,其主要通过吸油溶胀、充填堆积等作用机理,在裂缝漏失通道形成致密封堵层,裂缝封堵后的最大突破压力可达4.7MPa。 Due to the development of shale formation fractures,it is easy to cause serious accidents such as well leakage in drilling engineering,resulting in significant economic losses.Oil-absorbing resin has achieved good results in the treatment of shale formation permeability and medium and small fracture oil-based drilling fluid leakage,but there are problems such as low strength and poor temperature resistance.To solve the above problems,a ternary composite high oil absorption expansion resin plugging agent was synthesized with butyl acrylate,lauryl methacrylate and styrene as comonomers.The test results show that it mainly forms a dense plugging layer in the fracture leakage channel through the mechanism of oil absorption,swelling,filling and accumulation,and the maximum breakthrough pressure after fracture plugging can reach 4.7 MPa.
