某卷烟厂质量监督检测部门申请CNAS在检测实验室方面的认证,根据CNAS-CL01:2018《检测和校准实验室能力认可准则》:实验室在引用标准方法前应对该方法进行验证。本文从6个方面对GB/T 23355-2009《卷烟总粒相物中烟碱的测定气相色谱法》进行验证,为烟草行业其他检测实验室方法验证提供参考。
