聚表二元驱物模实验的数值模拟反演

摘要 在对油田进行聚表二元复合驱数值模拟的过程中,涉及大量复杂的物理化学反应,需要在模拟器中输入多套物化参数,参数的获取主要通过物模实验,而参数取值是否科学合理将直接影响模拟结果的可靠性。本文以聚表二元驱物模实验参数为依据,利用CMG软件建立数模模型,根据敏感性分析对实验参数进行调整,提高物模拟合率,为选取最大吸附量、残余阻力系数、可及孔隙体积等关键参数提供依据,确定参数的取值范围。通过对物模实验的反演,进一步验证物模实验参数的准确性,对增强油田聚表二元驱开发方案设计及驱油效果预测的可靠性具有重要意义。 In the process of numerical simulation of polymer-surfacant binary combination flooding in oil field,a large number of complex physical and chemical reactions are involved,and multiple sets of physical and chemical parameters need to be input into the simulator.The parameters are obtained mainly through physical model experiments,and whether the parameters are scientific and reasonable will directly affect the reliability of simulation result.Based on the physical model experimental parameters of polymer-surfacant flooding,this paper establishes a digital model by using CMG,adjusts the experimental parameters according to sensitivity analysis,improves the physical simulation rate,provides basis for selecting key parameters such as maximum adsorption capacity,residual resistance coefficient and accessible pore volume,and determines the value range of parameters.Through the inversion of the physical model experiment,the accuracy of the physical model experiment parameters is further verified,which is of great significance to enhance the reliability of the development scheme design of polymer-surfacant flooding and the prediction of oil displacement effect.
