摘要
蓄热式热力氧化(RTO)装置一般用于挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)的处理,本文以某大型炼化企业储运部罐区排放废气中的VOCs为处理对象,首先介绍了蓄热氧化法技术和混合可燃气体爆炸下限(LEL)体积分数的计算方法。然后介绍了RTO装置在线分析仪检测点的设置,最后论述了该VOCs装置分析仪的选型。
Regenerative thermal oxidation(RTO)devices are generally used for the treatment of volatile organic compounds(VOCs).This article takes VOCs in the exhaust gas discharged from the storage and transportation department of a large refining and chemical enterprise as the treatment object.Firstly,the heat storage is introduced.Oxidation technology and calculation method of lower explosive limit(LEL)volume fraction of mixed combustible gas.Then it introduces the setting of the detection point of the online analyzer of the RTO device,and finally discusses the selection of the analyzer of the VOCs device.
