摘要 为更有效应对有毒有害大气突发环境事件,通过建立有毒有害大气特征污染物筛选技术、建立有毒有害大气污染事故隔离疏散数据库和评估分析福建省4家化工园区突发环境事件应急管理能力,摸清化工园区有毒有害气体突发环境事件特征等。为建设有毒有害气体突发环境事件应急技术支持体系、制作应急处置技术库,开展事故应急“一园一策一图”,提高环境风险防控及应急处置能力提供技术支撑。 In order to respond more effectively to toxic and harmful atmospheric environmental emergencies,through the establishment of toxic and harmful atmospheric pollutants screening technology,the establishment of toxic and harmful air pollution accident isolation and evacuation database,and the evaluation and analysis of the emergency management capabilities of the four chemical industrial parks in Fujian Province.Find out the characteristics of toxic and harmful gas emergency environmental events in the chemical industry park.Provide technical support for building an emergency technical support system for toxic and hazardous gas emergencies,making an emergency disposal technology library,carrying out accident emergency"one park,one strategy,one map",and improving environmental risk prevention and control and emergency response capabilities.
