显微镜技术测量气溶胶颗粒吸湿性的平台搭建以及实践

摘要 本文介绍了一个集平台搭建、实验、软件应用、数据分析于一体的物化实验。学生运用自己亲手搭建的显微镜监测平台进行实验,可以有效解决实验中的非正常现象,及时纠错获得良好实验结果。通过无机盐液滴的吸湿性研究引导学生理解大气雾霾引起的气候效应,建立了基础与科研的桥梁,增加了实验的趣味性。运用图像处理软件和数据作图软件处理实验结果,初步培养了学生的科研基本能力,在他们的思想深处种植了学术种子。 A novel experiment was introduced which combined the experimental plat construction,experiment test,soft application and data analysis.The student can resolve the problem with the self-established microscope monitoring platform affording sufficient experimental data.The present droplets behavior reflected the chemical process of particulate matter in atmosphere and climate effect,so that the bridge between physicochemical knowledge and focus study was built to make the lessons more interesting.The fact that experiment data was processed using research software can teach undergraduate study ability and develop their academic interest.
