PET单向土工格栅拉伸成型工艺研究

摘要 聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)具有耐高温、强度高、耐磨损、耐腐蚀等优点,是一种广泛使用的土工格栅原材料。目前PET土工格栅制造常用工艺为经编和焊接,但存在节点强度低、生产工艺复杂等问题。本文通过拉伸工艺制造PET单向土工格栅,并研究不同初始横肋、纵肋宽度条件下PET拉伸成型的变形行为。结果表明,初始横肋宽度对PET单向格栅筋条和网孔尺寸影响不大,但其与初始纵肋宽度的大小关系显著影响拉伸后的横肋宽度;当初始横肋宽度不变时,随着初始纵肋宽度增大,拉伸后的横肋宽度将逐渐减小。 Polyethylene terephthalate(PET)holds some excellent mechanical properties,such as high-temperature resistance,high strength,wear and corrosion resistance,and thus it is one of widely used materials for geogrids.The current manufacturing methods of PET geogrid are knitting and welding,however it meets some challenges,including low node strength and complex process.In this paper,the tensile process was employed to manufacture PET uniaxial geogrid.The influence of initial transverse and longitudinal rib width on deformation behavior was investigated.It is found that the initial transverse rib width has no significant effect on the dimensions of geogrid rib and hole.However,the relationship between the width of transverse and longitudinal rib affects the rib width after tension.Moreover,while the initial transverse rib width remains unchanged,the transverse rib width after tension decreases gradually with the increase of the initial longitudinal rib width.
