Meso-四(4-O-取代苯基)卟啉化合物的合成研究

摘要 本工作以4-O-取代苯甲醛与吡咯为反应物,在苯甲醚-硝基苯溶剂中,用二氯乙酸、间硝基苯甲酸进行催化合成了Meso-四(4-O-取代苯基)卟啉化合物;然后利用索氏提取器,通过二氯甲烷-乙醇混合溶剂进行提取,制备了高纯度的卟啉化合物。该制备方法具有合成简单、产率理想及纯度高的优点。 A number of meso-tetrakis(4-O-substituted phenyl)porphyrins were synthesized by condensing pyrrole with 4-hydroxybenzaldehyde and other 4-O-substituted benzaldehydes using anisole-nitrobenzene as the solvent in the presence of dichloroacetic acid or 3-nitrobenzoic acid as the catalyst.High purity porphyrin products were obtained by Soxhlet extraction of the crude product with dichloromethane-ethanol as mixed solvents.Advantages of the new method include operational simplicity of the synthetic and purification processes,good yield and high purity of the isolated products.
