人工湿地及联合修复技术对景观水体修复的研究

摘要 本研究构建人工湿地生态系统,从金鱼藻+浮萍、水葱+浮萍和小米草+浮萍这三种不同的组合植物中筛选出处理效果好、净化能力强的优势植物。通过测定景观水体中COD、TN和TP等指标,计算其降解率。研究表明金鱼藻+浮萍这一植物组合的污染物质去除率最高,净化效果最好;加入固定化光合细菌对景观水体的修复效果更好,可得出植物-微生物联合修复技术的优势;在探究不同曝气量处理景观污水的效果中,当曝气输出量为600L/h时,TN的去除率最高;当曝气输出量为1200L/h时,TP的去除率最高;当曝气输出量为1800L/h时,COD的去除率最高;当曝气输出量为2400L/h时,COD、TN和TP的去除幅度最大,综合处理效果最优。 In this study,an artificial wetland ecosystem was constructed,and dominant plants with good treatment effects and strong purification ability were selected from three different combinations of Ceratophyllum+duckweed,water spring onion+duckweed,and millet grass+duckweed.Calculate the degradation rate by measuring the COD,TN and TP in the landscape water.Studies have shown that the plant combination of Ceratophyllum algae+duckweed has the highest removal rate of pollutants and the best purification effect;adding immobilized photosynthetic bacteria has a better repair effect on landscape waters,and the advantages of plant-microbe joint repair technology can be obtained;Exploring the effects of different aeration rates in the treatment of landscape sewage,when the aeration output is 600L/h,the removal rate of TN is the highest;when the aeration output is 1200L/h,the removal rate of TP is the highest;when the aeration output When the amount is 1800L/h,the COD removal rate is the highest;when the aeration output is 2400L/h,the removal range of COD,TN and TP is the largest,and the comprehensive treatment effect is the best.
