胃苏颗粒联合四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性慢性胃炎临床研究

Clinical Study on Weisu Granules Combined with Quadruple Therapy for Chronic Gastritis with Helicobater Pylori Positive

目的:观察胃苏颗粒联合四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性慢性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:选取72例Hp阳性慢性胃炎患者,以数字奇偶法分为对照组和观察组各36例。对照组给予四联疗法治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予胃苏颗粒治疗,2组均治疗4周并随访6个月。比较2组临床疗效、Hp根除率及复发率;比较2组治疗前后中医证候评分及血清炎症因子水平。结果:观察组总有效率为97.22%,高于对照组的77.78%(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组胃脘胀痛、痛窜两胁、嗳气评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),观察组胃脘胀痛、痛窜两胁、嗳气评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组血清白细胞介素(IL)-4、IL-10、IL-17水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),观察组血清IL-4、IL-10、IL-17水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组Hp根除率为75.00%,高于对照组的52.78%(P<0.05)。随访6个月,观察组复发率为5.71%,低于对照组的25.00%(P<0.05)。结论:胃苏颗粒联合四联疗法治疗Hp阳性慢性胃炎疗效较好,可改善患者的临床症状,减轻炎症反应,提高Hp根除率,减少复发。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Weisu granules combined with quadruple therapy for chronic gastritis with helicobater pylori(Hp)positive.Methods:According to the odd-even number method,a total of 72 cases of chronic gastritis patients with Hp positive were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group,both groups 36 cases.The control group was treated with quadruple therapy,and the observation group was additionally treated with Weisu granules based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for four weeks and followed up for six months.The Chinese medicine symptom scores and inflammatory factors levels in serum before and after treatment and the clinical effects,and eradication rates and recurrence rates of Hp in the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate was 97.22%in the observation group,higher than that of 77.78%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of epigastric pain,rib-sides pain and belching in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above Chinese symptom scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-10(IL-10)and interleukin-17(IL-17)in serum in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of IL-4,IL-10 and IL-17 in serum in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The Hp eradication rate was 75.00%in the observation group,higher than that of 52.78%in the control group(P<0.05).After sixmonth follow-up,the recurrence rate was 5.71%in the observation group,lower than that of 25.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Weisu granules combined with quadruple therapy has a good curative effect in treating chronic gastritis with Hp positive,and can improve their clinical symptoms and Hp eradication rates,relieve inflammatory responses,and reduce recurrence.
