摘要
目的:观察消渴平汤治疗阴虚燥热兼瘀型消渴病的临床疗效。方法:选取阴虚燥热兼瘀型消渴病患者800例,随机分为对照组和研究组各400例。对照组采用二甲双胍治疗,研究组采用消渴平汤治疗。2组疗程均为1个月,观察比较2组临床疗效,2组治疗前后尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)、空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(P2hBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平。结果:研究组总有效率为94.50%,对照组为70.50%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组UAER、FBG、P2hBG、HbA1c水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组UAER、FBG、P2hBG、HbA1c水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且研究组各项指标改善较对照组更显著(P<0.05)。结论:消渴平汤治疗阴虚燥热兼瘀型消渴病疗效肯定,可改善UAER,降低血糖及HbA1c水平,效果优于二甲双胍治疗。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Xiaokeping tang for wasting-thirst of yin deficiency,dryness-heat with stasis type.Methods:A total of 800 cases of patients with wasting-thirst of yin deficiency,dryness-heat with stasis type were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the study group,400 cases in each group.The control group was treated metformin,and the study group was treated with Xiaokeping tang.Both groups were treated for one month.Levels of urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER),fasting blood glucose(FBG),2-hour postprandial blood glucose(P2hBG)and hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c)before and after treatment,as well as clinical effects were observed and compared in the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 94.50%in the study group and 70.50%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in levels of UAER,FBG,P2hBG and HbA1c between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of UAER,FBG,P2hBG and HbA1c in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);the improvement of the indexes above in the study group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiaokeping tang has a defined curative effect in the treatment of wasting-thirst of yin deficiency,dryness-heat with stasis type.It can enhance UAER,decrease levels of blood glucose and HbA1c,whose curative effect is better than that of metformin.
