益气养阴祛风汤、小儿推拿联合盐酸西替利嗪治疗气阴两虚型小儿慢性咳嗽临床研究

Clinical Study on Yiqi Yangyin Qufeng Tang and Infantile Tuina Combined with Cetirizine Hydrochloride for Chronic Cough of Qi-Yin Deficiency Type in Children

目的:观察益气养阴祛风汤、小儿推拿联合盐酸西替利嗪治疗气阴两虚型小儿慢性咳嗽的临床疗效。方法:选取160例气阴两虚型慢性咳嗽患儿,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各80例。对照组给予盐酸西替利嗪糖浆治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予益气养阴祛风汤联合小儿推拿治疗,2组均治疗10 d。比较2组临床疗效;比较2组治疗前后肺功能指标、日间咳嗽积分、夜间咳嗽积分及莱塞斯特咳嗽问卷(LCQ)评分。结果:观察组总有效率为97.50%,高于对照组的87.50%(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组日间、夜间咳嗽积分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),观察组日间、夜间咳嗽积分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、最大呼气流量(PEF)均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),观察组FVC、FEV_(1)、PEF均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组生理、心理、社会评分均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),观察组生理、心理、社会评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益气养阴祛风汤、小儿推拿联合盐酸西替利嗪治疗气阴两虚型小儿慢性咳嗽能提高临床疗效,增强患儿的肺功能,改善其咳嗽症状,提高生活质量。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Yangyin Qufeng tang and infantile tuina combined with cetirizine hydrochloride for chronic cough of qi-yin deficiency type in children.Methods:A total of 160 cases of children with chronic cough of qi-yin deficiency type were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,with 80 cases in each group.The control group was given cetirizine hydrochloride syrup,and the observation group was additionally treated with Yiqi Yangyin Qufeng tang and infantile tuina based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for 10 days.Clinical effects were compared between the two groups.Before and after treatment,indexes of the lung function,as well as scores of daytime cough,nighttime cough and the Leicester Cough Questionnaire(LCQ)were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 97.50%in the observation group,higher than that of 87.50%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,scores of daytime cough and nighttime cough in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the two scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,forced vital capacity(FVC),the forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV_(1)),and peak expiratory flow(PEF)in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and FVC,FEV_(1) and PEF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,scores of physiology,psychology and society in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the three scores in the observation group were higher than those the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of children with chronic cough of qi-yin deficiency type,Yiqi Yangyin Qufeng tang and infantile tuina combined with cetirizine hydrochloride can enhance clinical effect and quality of life,strengthen their lung function,and improve symptoms of cough.
