介绍黄挺教授运用甘温除热法治疗放疗后耳鸣的临床经验。黄教授认为放疗后耳鸣的基本病机为水衰火实,热郁于上,气机升降出入失常。耳为清窍,以通为用,故治疗上可取甘温除热之法,一则开通郁结,二则温通气血,三则补益脾肾。并创耳鸣方以随证加减治疗。

This paper introduces the clinical experience of Professor HUANG Ting treating tinnitus after radiotherapy by applying method of relieving fever with sweet-warm medicinals.Professor HUANG holds that the basic pathogenesis of tinnitus after radiotherapy is water deficiency and fire excess,upper heat accumulation,and abnormality in upward,downward,inward and outward qi movement.Ears are clear orifices that function when there is free flow.Therefore,the method of relieving fever with sweet-warm medicinals can be used in the treatment,which can dissipate stagnation and binds,free qi and blood by warming,and tonify the spleen and the kidney.A prescription for tinnitus is created and modified according to different syndromes.
