经络推拿联合中药熏蒸对颈肩腰腿痛患者疼痛及关节功能的影响

Effect of Meridian Tuina Combined with Chinese Herbal Fumigation on Pain and Joint Function in Patients with Pain in Neck,Shoulder,Waist and Leg

目的:观察经络推拿联合中药熏蒸治疗颈肩腰腿痛的临床疗效。方法:选取90例颈肩腰腿痛患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各45例。对照组予以中药熏蒸治疗,治疗组给予经络推拿联合中药熏蒸治疗。2组均治疗3个月,比较2组临床疗效、中医证候积分、腰椎功能、疼痛程度及血液流变学情况。结果:治疗组临床总有效率为88.89%,对照组为71.11%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组疼痛、肿胀、肢体功能受限等中医证候评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组中医证候各项评分均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),且治疗组各项评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组日本骨科协会关节功能评分量表(JOA)、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组JOA评分均较治疗前上升(P<0.05),ODI、VAS评分较治疗前下降(P<0.05);且治疗组JOA评分高于对照组(P<0.05),ODI、VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组血浆黏度、红细胞体积、纤维蛋白原比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组血浆黏度、红细胞体积、纤维蛋白原均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),且治疗组上述指标均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:经络推拿联合中药熏蒸治疗颈肩腰腿痛疗效肯定,能够显著缓解患者临床症状和疼痛,提高关节功能,改善血液流变学状态。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of meridian tuina combined with Chinese herbal fumigation for pain in neck,shoulder,waist and leg.Methods:A total of 90 cases of patients with pain in neck,shoulder,waist and leg were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Chinese herbal fumigation,and the treatment group was treated with meridian tuina combined with Chinese herbal fumigation.After three months of treatment,the clinical effects,Chinese medicine syndrome scores,lumbar function,degree of pain and hemorheology in the two groups were compared.Results:The total clinical effective rate was 88.89%in the treatment group and 71.11%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the comparison of Chinese medicine syndrome scores of pain,swelling,limitation of limb function,and so on between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of scores of Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA),Oswestry Dysfunction Index(ODI)and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,JOA scores in both groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and scores of ODI and VAS were decreased(P<0.05);JOA score in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),scores of ODI and VAS were lower(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of plasma viscosity,red cell volume and fibrinogen between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the above indexes in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above indexes in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Meridian tuina combined with Chinese herbal fumigation has a definite curative effect on pain in neck,shoulder,waist and leg,which can significantly relieve the clinical symptoms and pain of patients,strengthen their joint function and improve their hemorheology.
