针刺、推拿联合康复训练治疗神经根型颈椎病临床研究

Clinical Study on Acupuncture and Tuina Combined with Rehabilitation Training for Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy

目的:观察针刺、推拿联合康复训练治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:选取90例神经根型颈椎病患者,按照不同治疗方法分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组给予康复训练治疗,观察组给予针刺、推拿联合康复训练治疗,14 d为1个疗程,疗程之间间隔2 d,2组均治疗2个疗程。比较2组临床疗效及不良反应;比较2组治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、Cobb角。结果:观察组总有效率为95.56%,高于对照组的77.78%(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组VAS评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),观察组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);2组Cobb角均较治疗前增大(P<0.05),观察组Cobb角大于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗过程中,2组均无明显不良反应发生。结论:针刺、推拿联合康复训练治疗神经根型颈椎病临床疗效较好,可有效缓解疼痛,促进腰椎生理曲度恢复,且安全性高。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture and tuina combined with rehabilitation training for cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods:A total of 90 cases of patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to different treatment methods,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with rehabilitation training,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture and tuina combined with rehabilitation training.Both groups were treated for two courses,with 14 days being a course and two days being a treatment interval.The clinical effects and adverse reactions in the two groups were compared.Before and after treatment,Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores and Cobb angle in the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate was 95.56%in the observation group,higher than that of 77.78%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,VAS scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and VAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);Cobb angles in the two groups were enlarged when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the Cobb angle in the observation group was larger than that in the control group(P<0.05).During treatment,no obvious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups.Conclusion:The therapy of acupuncture and tuina combined with rehabilitation training for cervical spondylotic radiculopathy has a good clinical effect,which can effectively relieve pain and promote the recovery of lumbar physiological curvature with high safety.
