摘要
目的调查健康科普在新媒体中的传播现状。方法采用随机抽样法,纸质问卷与电子问卷相结合,以全国范围内随机选取的500名普通居民为调查对象,调查内容为健康科普的获取渠道、关注点、在新媒体的负面影响,以及居民对健康科普的创作建议。结果共回收问卷500份,其中有效问卷490份,有效回收率为98.00%。被调查对象中,61.92%通过新媒体获取健康科普知识,84.90%通过新媒体查询药物相关内容。90.00%的被调查者认为健康相关内容的总体查询效率较低,56.94%建议作品内容应通俗易懂,46.12%建议作品类型以专家视频讲解为主,46.94%建议讲解内容以病因与注意事项和防护措施为主,42.65%建议讲解常见疾病相关内容,91.63%赞同加大创作生活健康相关内容。结论健康科普类新媒体资源已深入居民的日常生活,政府部门应加强新媒体健康科普管理,全方位提升科普质量和传播效果。
Objective To survey the dissemination status of health science popularization in new media.Methods A total of 500 ordinary residents randomly selected nationalwide were surveyed by the random sampling method,paper questionnaire and online questionnaire.The contents of the survey were the acquisition channels and concerns of health science popularization,the negative impact of health science popularization in new media,and residents’ suggestions on the creation of health science popularization.Results A total of 500 questionnaires were collected,of which 490 were valid,with an effective recovery rate of 98.00%.Among the respondents,61.92% of them obtained health science knowledge through new media,and 84.90% of them inquired about drugrelated content through new media.Precisely 90.00% of the respondents thought that the overall query efficiency of health-related content was low,56.94% of them suggested that the content of the works should be easy to understand,46.12% of them suggested that the type of works should be mainly explained by experts’ videos,46.94% of them suggested that the explanation should focus on the etiology,precautions and protective measures,42.65% of them suggested that the explanation contents should be related to common diseases,91.63% of them agreed that the creation of life and health-related content should be increased.Conclusion New media resources of health science popularization have penetrated into residents’ daily life.Government departments should strengthen the management of new media of health science popularization and improve the quality and dissemination effect of science popularization in an all-around way.
