门诊患者冷藏药品贮运现状调查与分析

Survey and Analysis of Storage and Transportation Status of Refrigerated Drugs in Outpatients

目的为医院在门诊推出冷藏药品保温装置提供参考。方法药房药师在医院门诊向处方中含冷藏药品的门诊取药患者发放纸质调查问卷二维码,患者线上填写电子问卷。分析调查结果,了解门诊患者对冷藏药品贮存条件的认知度,冷藏药品的贮运现状,药师对冷藏药品贮存事项的交代情况,以及患者对医院提供保温装置的需求、方式及付费意愿。结果共收到有效问卷449份。其中,64.81%的被调查者清楚冷藏药品的正确贮存条件;96.88%的被调查者取药后返回住处的时间未超过2 h;29.18%的被调查者携带了保温装置贮运冷藏药品;91.09%的被调查者认为药师交代了冷藏药品的贮运事项;48.78%的门诊冷藏药品取药患者希望并接受医院有偿提供保温装置。结论门诊冷藏药品品规数及处方量逐渐增多,医院可通过租赁、出售的方式为门诊患者提供保温装置,提高药学服务水平,保障用药安全。

Objective To provide a reference for the hospital to launch temperature holding devices for refrigerated drugs in the outpatient clinics.Methods The pharmacists in the outpatient pharmacy of the hospital distributed the paper QR code of the questionnaire to the outpatients having refrigerated drugs in their prescription,and the outpatients filled in the electronic questionnaire online.The results of the questionnaire were analyzed to understand outpatients’ awareness of the storage conditions of refrigerated drugs,the storage and transportation status of refrigerated drugs,the pharmacists’ explanations on the storage of refrigerated drugs,and the patients’ demands for the temperature holding devices provided by the hospital,and their choice of provision modes and willingness to pay.Results A total of 449 valid questionnaires were collected,of which 64.81% of the respondents knew the correct storage conditions of refrigerated drugs,96.88% of the respondents returned to their residence within 2 h after taking medicine,29.18% of the respondents carried temperature holding devices to store and transport refrigerated drugs,91.09% of the respondents thought that pharmacists had explained the storage and transportation of refrigerated drugs,and 48.78% of outpatients taking refrigerated drugs wanted and accepted the paid temperature holding devices provided by the hospital.Conclusion Outpatient clinics have a growing number of refrigerated drugs of various types and specifications,as well as prescriptions.Hospitals can provide temperature-holding devices for patients taking drugs in the outpatient through leasing or selling,so as to improve the level of pharmaceutical care and ensure the safety of drug use.
