综合护理在督脉改良隔姜灸治疗寒湿痹阻型腰椎间盘突出症中的临床效果

The Clinical Effect of Comprehensive Nursing in the Treatment of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation of Cold-dampness Obstruction Type with Modified Ginger Moxibustion in the Governor Channel

目的探究综合护理在督脉改良隔姜灸治疗寒湿痹阻型腰椎间盘突出症中的临床效果。方法方便选取该院2019年8月—2020年8月期间收治的64例寒湿痹阻型腰椎间盘突出患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将其分为参照组(n=32)和观察组(n=32例),参照组采用常规护理模式,观察组采用综合护理模式,对比两组Oswestry功能障碍指数问卷表(ODI)评分、Roland-Morris评分功能障碍问卷(RMDQ)评分、日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(JOA)、视觉模拟疼痛(VAS)评分及患者满意度。结果护理后,观察组ODI评分(18.63±1.49)分、RDMQ评分(9.37±1.44)分、VAS评分(2.64±0.27)分均低于参照组,观察组JOA分数(23.04±0.81)分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.045、4.616、7.147、9.704,P<0.001),护理后,观察组患者满意度评分为86~100分,平均(96.73±3.16)分,参照组患者满意度评分为76~98分,平均(86.13±8.27)分,差异有统计学意义(t=6.773,P<0.001)。结论对接受督脉改良隔姜灸治疗的寒湿痹阻型腰椎间盘突出患者采用综合护理,有利于改善患者的腰椎功能,提高患者生活质量,减轻患者的疼痛程度,且对提高患者对护理人员的满意程度具有积极意义。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation of cold-damp arthralgia type with modified ginger moxibustion in the governor vessel.Methods Sixty-four patients with cold-dampness obstruction type lumbar disc herniation in the hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were conveniently selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the reference group(n=32)and the observation group(n=32 cases)by random number table method,the reference group adopted the conventional nursing model,and the observation group adopted the comprehensive nursing model.The two groups were compared with oswestry dysfunction Index questionnaire(ODI)scores,Roland-Morris score dysfunction questionnaire(RMDQ)scores,and japanese orthopaedic association assess treatment score(JOA),visual analog pain(VAS)score and patient satisfaction.Results After nursing,the observation group's ODI score(18.63±1.49)points,RDMQ score(9.37±1.44)points,and VAS score(2.64±0.27)points were all lower than the reference group,while the observation group's JOA score(23.04±0.81)points was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.045,4.616,7.147,9.704,P<0.001),after nursing,the patient satisfaction score of the observation group was 86-100 points,with an average of(96.73±3.16)points,and the patient satisfaction score of the reference group was 76-98 points,average(86.13±8.27)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.773,P<0.001).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing care for patients with cold-dampness-blocked lumbar disc herniation who received the modified ginger moxibustion treatment of the governor vessel is beneficial to improve the patient's lumbar function,improve the patient's quality of life,reduce the patient’s pain,and it is of positive significance to improve patients'satisfaction with nursing staff in our hospital.
