护理干预在电子可弯曲支气管镜肺泡灌洗治疗重症肺部感染中的应用

Application of Nursing Intervention in the Treatment of Severe Pulmonary Infection by Electronic Flexible Bronchoscope Alveolar Lavage

目的研究在电子可弯曲支气管镜肺泡灌洗治疗重症肺部感染中,临床护理干预的应用效果及价值。方法该研究方便选取该院在2017年1月—2021年8月间收治的52例经电子可弯曲支气管镜肺泡灌洗治疗的重症肺部感染患者为研究对象;在患者入院后依据随机数表法将其均分为两组,每组26例,对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组实施临床优质护理干预;比较两组患者的不良护理事件发生率、肺功能指标水平、护理质量评分、护理满意度、心理状态。结果①观察组不良事件发生率(7.69%)低于对照组(30.77%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.457,P<0.05);②观察组FEV1、PEF水平为(2.95±0.19)L、(245.87±18.48)L/min,高于对照组的(2.67±0.13)L、(224.62±20.56)L/min,差异有统计学意义(t=6.202、3.920,P<0.05);③观察组各项护理质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);④观察组患者护理满意度(92.31%)高于对照组(65.38%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.650,P<0.05);⑤观察组的SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.049、2.965,P<0.05)。结论在电子可弯曲支气管镜肺泡灌洗治疗重症肺部感染中,采取临床优质护理干预能够有助于促进患者治疗效果的提升,进而改善其负性心理及肺部功能,提升护理质量,规避并发症的发生,提升患者认可度。

Objective To study the application effect and value of clinical nursing intervention in the treatment of severe pulmonary infection with electronic flexible bronchoscope alveolar lavage.Methods The study conveniently selected 52 patients with severe lung infection treated by electronic flexible bronchoscope alveolar lavage in the hospital between January 2017 and August 2021 as the research object;they were divided into two groups with 26 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine nursing intervention,and the observation group implemented clinical high-quality nursing intervention.The incidence of adverse nursing events,lung function index level,nursing quality score,nursing satisfaction,psychological state were compared of the two goups.Results 1.The incidence of adverse events in the observation group(7.69%)was lower than that of the control group(30.77%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.457,P<0.05);2.The FEV1 and PEF levels in the observation group were(2.95±0.19)L,(245.87±18.48)L/min,higher than the control group(2.67±0.13)L,(224.62±20.56)L/min,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.202,3.920,P<0.05);3.The nursing quality scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);4.The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group(92.31%)was higher than that of the control group(65.38%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.650,P<0.05);5.The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.049,2.965,P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of severe pulmonary infection with electronic flexible bronchoscopy,the use of clinical high-quality nursing intervention can help improve the treatment effect of patients,thereby improving their negative psychology and pulmonary function,improving the quality of care,and avoiding complications occurrence of symptom,enhance the recognition of patients.
