子宫托联合磁电刺激治疗对盆底功能障碍性疾病临床治疗效果分析 被引量:1

Analysis of Clinical Therapeutic Effect of Pessary Combined with Magnetic Electric Stimulation on Pelvic Floor Dysfunction Diseases

摘要 目的探讨子宫托联合磁电刺激治疗对盆底功能障碍性疾病临床治疗效果观察。方法方便选取2020年1月—2021年1月在该院妇科治疗的92例盆底功能障碍性疾病患者,随机分为两组,每组46例。对照组使用子宫托治疗,观察组使用子宫托联合磁电刺激治疗,对比两组的临床疗效、PFIQ-7评分、尿动力指标、盆底肌力分级。结果观察组治疗有效率为93.48%,明显高于对照组的73.91%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.921,P<0.05);观察组治疗后生殖道部分评分、泌尿道部分评分、肛肠部分评分以及PFIQ-7总分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后最大膀胱容量、平均尿流率明显高于对照组,残余尿量、最大逼尿肌压明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后Ⅳ~Ⅴ级盆底肌力比例明显高于对照组,而0~Ⅲ级盆底肌力比例明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论子宫托联合磁电刺激治疗对盆底功能障碍性疾病临床治疗效果显著,能明显提高盆底肌力,改善盆底功能,具有积极的临床意义。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of pessary combined with magnetic electric stimulation on pelvic floor dysfunction diseases.Methods Conveniently selected the 92 patients with pelvic floor dysfunction who were treated in the gynecology department of the hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were randomly divided into two groups,each with 46 cases.The control group was treated with a pessary,and the observation group was treated with a pessary combined with magnetic electrical stimulation.The clinical efficacy,PFIQ-7 score,urodynamic index,and pelvic floor muscle strength classification were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.48%,which was significantly higher than 73.91%in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.921,P<0.05);Part of the score and the total score of PFIQ-7 were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the maximum bladder volume and average urine flow rate in the observation group after treatment were significantly higher than those in the control group,residual urine volume and maximum detrusions muscle pressure was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the ratio of grade IV-V pelvic floor muscle strength in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,while the ratio of grade 0-Ⅲpelvic floor muscle strength was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The pessary combined with magnetic electric stimulation has a significant clinical treatment effect on pelvic floor dysfunction diseases.It can significantly increase pelvic floor muscle strength and improve pelvic floor function,which has positive clinical significance.
