分析知柏地黄丸联合醋酸曲普瑞林治疗女童中枢性性早熟的临床治疗安全性

Analysis of the Clinical Safety of Zhibai Dihuang Pills Combined with Triptorelin Acetate in the Treatment of Girls with Central Precocious Puberty

目的探讨对女童中枢性性早熟患者采用知柏地黄丸+醋酸曲普瑞林药物进行治疗后获得临床效果。方法方便选取2019年11月—2021年5月收治的70例女童中枢性性早熟患儿进行药物治疗研究;随机分为单一用药组(采用醋酸曲普瑞林药物展开疾病治疗)和联合用药组(采用知柏地黄丸+醋酸曲普瑞林药物展开疾病治疗),各35例;比较两组患儿药物治疗总有效率、性激素水平、左侧卵巢体积、子宫体积、右侧卵巢体积、半年身高增长值、骨龄以及安全性。结果联合用药组治疗总有效率(94.29%)高于单一用药组(74.29%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.285,P<0.05);经治疗后,联合用药组LH、E_(2)、FSH、左侧卵巢体积、子宫体积、右侧卵巢体积均低于单一用药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合用药组半年身高增长同单一用药组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗前后,联合用药组骨龄同单一用药组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论知柏地黄丸+醋酸曲普瑞林药物联合应用后,观察治疗总有效率、性激素水平、左侧卵巢体积、子宫体积、右侧卵巢体积、半年身高增长值获得明显改善,可促进女童中枢性性早熟患儿总体用药水平、预后水平显著提高。

Objective To explore the clinical effects of Zhibai Dihuang Pills+triptorelin acetate in girls with central precocious puberty.Methods Conveniently selected 70 girls with central precocious puberty admitted from November 2019 to May 2021 for drug treatment research;randomly divided into single drug group(using triptorelin acetate drug for disease treatment)and combination drug group(using Zhibai Dihuang Pills+triptorelin acetate to start disease treatment),35 cases each;compared the total effective rate of drug treatment,sex hormone levels,left ovarian volume,uterine volume,right ovarian volume,and half-year height increase value,bone age and safety of the two groups of patients.Results The total effective rate(94.29%)of the combined medication group was higher than that of the single medication group(74.29%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.285,P<0.05);after treatment,the combined medication group LH,E_(2),FSH the left ovarian volume,uterine volume,and right ovarian volume were all lower than the single-drug group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the half-year height increase in the combined drug group was compared with the single-drug group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);before and after treatment,there was no significant difference in bone age between the combined medication group and the single medication group(P>0.05).Conclusion After the combined application of Zhibai Dihuang Pills+triptorelin acetate,the total effective rate of treatment,sex hormone levels,left ovarian volume,uterine volume,right ovarian volume,and half-year height increase value were observed,which can be significantly improved,which can promote the overall level of medication and prognosis of girls with central precocious puberty.
