心理护理干预结合面部护理对寻常型痤疮患者护理效果及负性情绪的影响分析

Analysis of the Effect of Psychological Nursing Intervention Combined with Facial Nursing on the Nursing Effect and Negative Emotion of Patients with Acne Vulgaris

目的探讨对寻常型痤疮患者给予心理护理干预+面部护理干预后获得护理效果,并观察对负性情绪产生的影响。方法方便选取2018年1月—2020年12月收治的66例寻常型痤疮患者进行护理研究;随机分为单一护理组(对患者给予常规护理干预)和联合护理组(对患者给予常规护理干预+心理护理干预+面部护理干预),各33例;比较两组患者不良情绪评分、痤疮愈合时间以及护理满意度评分。结果护理前,两组患者SDS评分、SAS评分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,联合护理组SDS评分、SAS评分均低于单一护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合护理组痤疮愈合时间(19.27±3.18)d短于单一护理组(23.59±5.12)d,差异有统计学意义(t=4.117,P<0.05);联合护理组护理满意度评分均高于单一护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理护理干预+面部护理干预方式有效应用后,可有效控制不良情绪得到,明显缩短痤疮愈合时间,提升护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effects of psychological nursing intervention+facial nursing intervention on patients with acne vulgaris,and to observe the effect on negative emotions.Methods A nursing study of 66 patients with acne vulgaris admitted from January 2018 to December 2020 were conveniently selected for nursing research;they were randomly divided into a single nursing group(patients were given routine nursing intervention)and a combined nursing group(patients were given routine nursing intervention+psychological nursing intervention+facial nursing intervention),33 cases in each;the two groups of patients were compared with bad mood scores,acne healing time and nursing satisfaction scores.Results Before nursing,the difference in SDS and SAS scores between the two groups of patients was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after nursing,the SDS and SAS scores of the combined nursing group were lower than those of the single nursing group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the healing time of acne in the combined nursing group(19.27±3.18)d was shorter than that in the single nursing group(23.59±5.12)d,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.117,P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction score of the combined nursing group were higher than the single nursing group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effective application of psychological nursing intervention+facial nursing intervention can effectively control negative emotions,significantly shorten the healing time of acne,and improve nursing satisfaction.
