健康教育在急性脑梗死早期溶栓治疗中护理效果临床分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析健康教育在急性脑梗死早期溶栓中的运用效果。方法随机选取该院2018年11月—2019年11月间收治的110例急性脑梗死早期溶栓治疗患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组55例。对照组行常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上行健康教育。护理完成后,需要对两组患者的各项指标进行对比,主要包括卒中评分、生活质量、并发症以及满意度共4项指标。结果护理前,两组患者卒中评分、生活质量接近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后,观察组NIHSS卒中评分为(11.2±2.7)分,QLQ-c30生活质量得分(58.4±7.5)分,对照组卒中评分为(15.1±2.8)分,生活质量得分(76.1±7.9)分。两组差异有统计学意义(t=7.436、12.050,P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为9.10%(5/55),护理满意度为98.18%(54/55),对照组患者并发症发生率为18.18%(10/55),护理满意度为81.82%(45/55),两组差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.274、8.182,P<0.05)。观察组急性脑梗死患者Barthel康复指数评分为(70.24±4.40)分,对照组急性脑梗死患者Barthel康复指数评分为(58.27±3.49)分,两组急性脑梗死患者Barthel康复指数评分对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。自护水平比较,观察组为(161.80±6.77)分较对照组的(107.62±8.13)分高,差异有统计学意义(t=37.979,P<0.05)。结论急性脑梗死早期溶栓治疗后的护理,可加入健康教育内容,以改善患者病情和生活质量,提高了患者日常生活活动能力,患者总体临床治疗效果显著改善,实现并发症控制,提升患者对护理的认同感。 Objective To analyze the effect of health education in early thrombolysis of acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 110 patients with acute cerebral infarction treated with early thrombolysis in the hospital from November 2018 to November 2019 were randomly selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 55 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,and the observation group performed health education on the basis of routine care.After the care is completed,it is necessary to compare the indicators of the two groups of patients,including 4 indicators including stroke score,quality of life,complications and satisfaction.Results Before nursing,the stroke scores and quality of life of the two groups were similar,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After nursing,the observation group's NIHSS stroke score was(11.2±2.7)points,QLQ-c30 quality of life score was(58.4±7.5)points,the control group stroke score was(15.1±2.8)points,and the quality of life score was(76.1±7.9)points.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=7.436,12.050,P<0.05).The complication rate in the observation group was 9.10%(5/55),the nursing satisfaction rate was 98.18%(54/55),the complication rate in the control group was 18.18%(10/55),and the nursing satisfaction rate was 81.82%(45/55),the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.274,8.182,P<0.05).The Barthel rehabilitation index score of patients with acute cerebral infarction in the observation group was(70.24±4.40)points,and the Barthel rehabilitation index score of patients with acute cerebral infarction in the control group was(58.27±3.49)points.There were statistical differences in the Barthel rehabilitation index scores of the two groups of acute cerebral infarction patients.Academic significance(P<0.05).Comparing the self-care level,the score of the observation group was(161.80±6.77)points higher than that of the control group(107.62±8.13)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=37.979,P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing after the early thrombolytic treatment of acute cerebral infarction can be added with health education content to improve the patient's condition and quality of life,and improve the patient's ability of daily living.The overall clinical treatment effect of the patients has been significantly improved,the control of complications has been achieved,and the patient's sense of identification with nursing care has been improved.
