切脉针灸在脑卒中后睡眠障碍患者康复治疗中的应用效果

Application Effect of Pulse-cutting Acupuncture in Rehabilitation Treatment of Patients with Sleep Disorders after Stroke

目的探讨切脉针灸在脑卒中后睡眠障碍患者康复治疗中的临床应用。方法方便选择该院2021年1—8月接诊收治的82例脑卒中后睡眠障碍患者为研究对象,按照摇骰子法划分为两组,分别为参照组与观察组,每组41例。参照组患者实施传统药物治疗,观察组患者采用切脉针灸治疗,观察两组患者不同治疗措施下睡眠改善情况以及治疗效果。结果观察组患者实施切脉针灸进行治疗后其治疗有效率为97.56%,显著高于参照组患者的73.17%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.792,P=0.002),且观察组患者治疗后睡眠质量(PSQI)、神经功能缺损(NIHSS)以及负面情绪(HAMA)评分分别为(2.41±2.32)分、(6.32±5.51)分、(12.57±2.52)分,显著优于参照组患者的(7.32±4.55)分、(13.99±8.54)分、(16.93±3.21)分,差异有统计学意义(t=6.156、4.832、6.841,P<0.001)。结论对脑卒中患者应用切脉针灸进行治疗,可显著提升患者睡眠治疗,改善患者治疗效果,对促进患者病症恢复有重要作用。

Objective To investigate the clinical application of pulse-cutting acupuncture in the rehabilitation of patients with sleep disorders after stroke.Methods The 82 patients with post-stroke sleep disorders admitted to the hospital from January to August 2021 were conveniently selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups according to the dice rolling method,namely the reference group and the observation group.41 patients in each group.The treatment for patients in the reference group was traditional drug therapy,and the treatment for patients in the observation group was pulse-cutting acupuncture.Observed the sleep improving situation and the effect of treatment of the two groups of patients under different treatment measures.Results The effective rate of the observation group was 97.56%after pulse-cutting acupuncture treatment,which was significantly higher than that of the reference group 73.17%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.792,P=0.002),and the observation group had sleep quality(PSQI),neurological deficits(NIHSS)and negative emotions(HAMA)after treatment were(2.41±2.32)points,(6.32±5.51)points,(12.57±2.52)points,which were significantly better than those of the reference group of(7.32±4.55)points,(13.99±8.54)points,and(16.93±3.21)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.156,4.832,6.841,P<0.001).Conclusion The application of pulse-cutting acupuncture for stroke patients can significantly improve the sleep therapy of patients,improve the treatment effect of patients,and play an important role in promoting the recovery of patients'symptoms.
