结果共纳入6篇文献,荟萃分析结果显示,在IBD人群中AP的发生率显著升高(OR=1.51,95%CI:1.43~1.60,P<0.001),其中Crohn病(Crohn disease,CD)组患者AP的发生率更高(Crohn患者群:OR=4.13,95%CI:3.75~4.54,P<0.001;溃疡性结肠炎患者群:OR=2.60,95%CI:2.39~2.82,P<0.001)。结论IBD患者AP的风险增加,其中CD患者该风险更高。
Objective In patients with inflammatory bowel disease(IBD),the risk of acute pancreatitis(Acute pancreatitis,AP)is controversial.A meta-analysis of case-control studies and observational studies is used to study the relationship between IBD and acute pancreas. The correlation between the risk of inflammation was studied. Methods Computer searched PubMed,MEDLINE,EMBASE,CNKI and Wanfang database systems to find relevant literature on the incidence of AP in IBD patients. Two researchers independently completed the inclusion and exclusion, quality evaluation and data extraction of the literature, and used the Review Manager 5.4 analysis software provided by the Cochrane Collaboration to perform statistical analysis on the data. Results A total of 6 articles were included. The meta-analysis results showed that the incidence of AP in the IBD population was significantly increased(OR=1.51,95%CI:1.43-1.60,P<0.001),among which Crohn disease(CD),the incidence of AP in the group was higher(Crohn disease population:OR=4.13,95%CI:3.75~4.54,P<0.001;ulcerative colitis disease population:OR=2.60,95%CI:2.39-2.82,P<0.001).Conclusion IBD patients have an increased risk of AP,and CD patients have a higher risk.
