放血拔罐联合凉血活血汤治疗玫瑰痤疮的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Bloodletting and Cupping Combined with Liangxuehuoxuetang in the Treatment of Rosacea

目的探讨放血拔罐联合凉血活血汤治疗玫瑰痤疮患者的临床应用,验证其有效性。方法方便选取该院2020年11月—2021年8月接诊收治的74例玫瑰痤疮患者为研究对象,按照摇骰子法划分为两组,分别为对照组与研究组,每组37例。对照组患者应用的治疗方案为异维A酸软胶囊搭配克林霉素酸酯凝胶,研究组患者实施的治疗方案则为放血拔罐联合凉血活血汤,观察两组患者治疗效果以及患者病症改善情况。结果研究组患者治疗有效率为97.30%,显著高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.198,P=0.012);研究组患者治疗后瘙痒、丘疹、毛细血管扩张病症评分别为(0.52±0.45)分、(0.47±0.29)分、(0.67±0.31)分显著低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(t=4.896、4.684、4.495,P<0.001)。结论对玫瑰痤疮患者应用放血拔罐联合凉血活血汤进行治疗,可显著提升治疗效果,降低患者皮肤炎性反应,对改善患者病症、促进患者皮肤恢复有积极作用,值得大力推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical application of bloodletting and cupping combined with Liangxue Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of rosacea patients and verify its effectiveness.Methods Conveniently selected 74 rosacea patients admitted to the hospital from November 2020 to August 2021 as the research objects,and divide them into two groups according to the rolling dice method,namely the control group and the study group,with 37 cases in each group.The treatment plan used by the control group was Isotretinoin soft capsule combined with clindamycin ester gel,and the treatment plan used by the study group was bloodletting cupping combined with Liangxue Huoxue Decoction.Observed the treatment effect of the two groups of patients and the improvement of the patients'symptoms.Results The effective rate of treatment in the study group was 97.30%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.198,P=0.012).After treatment,the evaluation of pruritus,papules,and telangiectasia in the study group were(0.52±0.45)points,(0.47±0.29)points and(0.67±0.31)points were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.896,4.684,4.495,P<0.001).Conclusion The use of bloodletting and cupping combined with Liangxue Huoxue Decoction for the treatment of rosacea patients can significantly improve the therapeutic effect,reduce the patient's skin inflammatory reaction,and have a positive effect on improving the patient's symptoms and promoting the patient's skin recovery.It is worthy of vigorous promotion.
