摘要
设计四种等级的聚苯乙烯颗粒泡沫混凝土,研究其抗压强度、导热系数、干燥收缩值和碳化系数与干密度的关系;研究聚苯乙烯颗粒掺量对同一密度等级泡沫混凝土的干密度、抗压强度和导热系数的影响。结果表明:聚苯乙烯颗粒泡沫混凝土抗压强度与导热系数均随干密度的增大而增大;对同一干密度等级,随着聚苯乙烯颗粒掺量的增加,泡沫混凝土干密度、抗压强度和导热系数均降低;泡沫混凝土干燥收缩值和碳化系数均随着干密度的增加先快速下降,然后降低趋于平缓。
Four grades of polystyrene particle foam concrete are designed to study the relationship between compressive strength, thermal conductivity, drying shrinkage, carbonization coefficient and dry density. The influence of polystyrene particle content on dry density, compressive strength and thermal conductivity is studied for same dry density grade. The result shows that, the compressive strength and thermal conductivity of polystyrene particle foam concrete increased with the increase of dry density. For the same dry density grade polystyrene particle foam concrete, the dry density, compressive strength and thermal conductivity decreases with the increase of polystyrene particle content. With the increase of dry density, the drying shrinkage value and carbonization coefficient of foamed concrete decreases rapidly first and then gradually decreases.
