摘要
为实现建筑垃圾资源再生利用,针对传统工艺存在的自动化分类程度低、再生料纯度低等问题进行设备的改进和工艺的优化。利用建筑垃圾物料的密度差异,开发出一种风力除杂分选筛,同时阐述了建筑垃圾资源化处置新工艺,实现了建筑垃圾的密度分类。结果发现,采用该工艺的建筑垃圾分类分级后得到的最终产品可达12种,再生料品质达到国家标准;与传统处置工艺相比,处置效率大幅提升,为整个建筑垃圾分选领域提供了新的参考。
In order to realize the regeneration and utilization of construction waste resources, equipment improvement and process optimization are carried out to solve the problems of low degree of automatic classification and low purity of recycled materials existing in traditional processes. Using the difference in the density of construction waste materials, a wind-powered impurity removal and sorting screen was developed, and a new technology for the disposal of construction waste as a resource was explained, and the density classification of construction waste was realized.
