新时代幼儿园学习环境质量评估与提升策略--基于三种性质幼儿园的比较分析 被引量:1

摘要 质量是学前教育事业发展的生命线。为有效把握当前不同性质幼儿园学习环境质量的发展现状,对C市W区(县)8所幼儿园的学习环境质量进行评估。研究发现:样本地区幼儿园学习环境质量水平整体偏低,不同性质幼儿园虽然在学习环境质量上不存在显著性差异,但却存在着非常显著的等级差异;就不同性质幼儿园的发展特点而言,公办幼儿园具有综合性的优势,民办幼儿园具有服务性的优势。面对当前低质均衡、发展受限、动力不足的现实困境,应加强师资队伍建设,合理规划、加大投入,强化区域教研指导,从根本上解决区县学前教育优质发展之困、均衡发展之困及持续发展之困,最终通过教育支持水平的提升,达成儿童全面发展与快乐成长的目标。 Quality is the lifeline of preschool education development.In order to effectively grasp the current development status of learning environment quality in kindergartens of different nature,the study evaluated on the learning environment quality of 8 kindergartens in W District(County)of C City.The study found that the learning environment quality level of kindergartens in the sample area was low as a whole.Although there was no significant difference in the learning environment quality of different kindergartens,there was a very significant rank difference.In terms of the development characteristics,public kindergartens have comprehensive advantages,and private kindergartens have service advantages.facing of the current realistic dilemma of low-quality balance,limited development and insufficient motivation,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of teachers,make reasonable planning and increase investment,strengthen regional teaching and research guidance,fundamentally solve the difficulties of high-quality development,balanced development and sustainable development of district and county preschool education,and finally improve the level of educational support,and achieve the goal of children′s all-round development and happy growth.
