佛山市高明区水产品中创伤弧菌污染状况及耐药性分析

Contamination and Drug Resistance of Vibrio Vulnificus in Aquatic Products in Gaoming District of Foshan City

为分析佛山市高明区市售360份水产品中创伤弧菌污染状况及耐药情况,为本地区防止由创伤弧菌污染引起的疾病提供参考依据,本文按照SC/T 3016-2004《水产品抽样方法》的要求,对高明区销售水产品进行随机采样,对3类水产品共360份开展创伤弧菌分离鉴定,采用全自动细菌鉴定(药敏)分析系统进行药敏分析。结果显示,360份销售水产品中共分离出53株创伤弧菌,总检出率为14.72%。甲壳类检出率为15.52%、贝类为12.12%、鱼类为15.86%,三者检出率之间的差异没有统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.74,P>0.05);夏秋季的检出率(21.74%)比冬春季(7.39%)高,且差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=14.76,P<0.05),存在明显的季节性变化。53株创伤弧菌的耐药率达85.5%,耐受10种以下抗生素的菌株有32株(80.0%),耐受10~12种抗生素的菌株共计8株(20.0%)。3类水产品的创伤弧菌的耐药率差异没有统计学意义(χ^(2)=1.25,P>0.05)。由此可见,高明区市售水产品中的创伤弧菌污染普遍存在,检出的创伤弧菌耐药性严重,存在多重耐药菌株。

In order to analyze the contamination and drug resistance of Vibrio vulnificus in 360 aquatic products sold in Gaoming District,Foshan City,and provide reference basis for preventing diseases caused by Vibrio vulnificus pollution in this region,according to SC/T 3016-2004 the requirements of sampling methods for aquatic products,this paper randomly sampled the aquatic products sold in Gaoming District,and carried out the isolation and identification of Vibrio vulnificus in 360 aquatic products of three categories,The automatic bacterial identification(drug sensitivity) analysis system was used for drug sensitivity analysis. The results showed that 53 strains of Vibrio vulnificus were isolated from 360 aquatic products,and the total detection rate was 14.72%. The detection rates of crustaceans,shellfish and fish were 15.52%,12.12% and 15.86%,respectively (χ^(2)=0.74,P >0.05);The detection rate in summer and autumn(21.74%) was higher than that in winter and spring(7.39%),and the difference was statistically significant (χ^(2)=14.76,P<0.05). The drug resistance rate of 53 strains of Vibrio vulnificus was 85.5%,32 strains(80.0%) tolerated less than 10 antibiotics,and 8 strains(20.0%) tolerated 10-12 antibiotics. There was no significant difference in the drug resistance rate of Vibrio vulnificus among the three types of aquatic products (χ^(2)=1.25,P>0.05).It can be seen that Vibrio vulnificus pollution in aquatic products sold in Gaoming District is widespread,the drug resistance of Vibrio vulnificus detected is serious,and there are multi drug resistant strains.
