摘要
为研究农村饮用水中微生物指标检测结果及指标合格率,本文根据"农村饮用水卫生监测技术方案"对瓦房店市农村地区的饮用水进行检测,选取2018年3月—2019年3月的200份饮用水样品,检测指标包括大肠菌群种类、细菌菌落总数,最后对指标合格率进行分析。结果显示,200份样本中,合格100份(50.00%),不合格100份(50.00%);在100份不合格饮用水中,菌落总数所占比较高,为40.00%,其次为感官、一般化学指标,各个项目不合格水质影响因素分布具有显著差异(P<0.05);地面水质合格率方面,枯水期为50.00%、丰水期为49.00%;地下水质合格率方面,枯水期为40.00%、丰水期为37.00%,两者相比具有显著差异(P<0.05)。由此可见,农村饮用水中微生物污染较为严重,需要加强监督管理,做好水质监测工作,保障农村饮用水的质量,预防饮用水不达标情况的发生。
In order to study the microbiological index test results and index qualification rate of rural drinking water,this paper tests the drinking water in rural areas of Wafangdian City according to the "technical scheme for rural drinking water sanitation monitoring",selects 200 drinking water samples from March 2018 to March 2019,and the test indexes include coliform group types and total bacterial colonies. Finally,the index qualification rate is analyzed. The results showed that among the 200 samples,100 were qualified(50.00%) and 100 were unqualified(50.00%);In 100 unqualified drinking water,the total number of colonies accounted for 40.00%,followed by sensory and general chemical indexes. There were significant differences in the distribution of influencing factors of unqualified water quality in each project(P<0.05);The qualified rate of surface water quality is 50.00% in dry season and49.00% in wet season;The qualified rate of groundwater quality was 40.00% in dry season and 37.00%in wet season(P<0.05). It can be seen that the microbial pollution in rural drinking water is serious,so it is necessary to strengthen supervision and management,do a good job in water quality monitoring,ensure the quality of rural drinking water and prevent the occurrence of substandard drinking water.
