Boiler Water Quality Monitoring and Dealing with Common Problems and Countermeasures

随着我国工业化进程的加快,工业锅炉的安全生产成为需要重点关注的问题,水质不良会对企业的效率、社会资源及人员的安全造成不良影响,为保障工业锅炉安全长效运行,对工业锅炉水质开展日常监测是很有必要的。本文通过对3家企业的锅炉水质数据进行检测,研究做好锅炉水质监管和水处理工作的对策建议。

With the acceleration of China’s industrialization process,the safe production of industrial boilers has become a key concern. Poor water quality will have a negative impact on the efficiency of enterprises,social resources and personnel safety. In order to ensure the safe and long-term operation of industrial boilers,it is necessary to carry out daily monitoring of industrial boiler water quality. Through the detection of boiler water quality data of three enterprises,this paper studies the countermeasures and suggestions for boiler water quality supervision and water treatment.
