随着社会的进步,人们的经济和生活水平逐步提高,食品安全问题备受关注。民以食为天,食品的种类也越来越丰富,然而食品安全问题也是层次不穷。国家对食品安全也提出严格要求,对于食品安全的把关要落实到具体的检测中。气质联用仪做为食品中有害物质分离及检测为一体的仪器在食品检测领域的运用尤为广泛。本文介绍近些年来气质联用仪在食品检测中的应用。

With the development of society and the improvement of people’s living standard,the problem of food safety is generally concerned.People need food in their lives. There are more and more kinds of food in our society,but there are also many food safety problems. Our country puts forward the strict request to the food safety. Many food safety checks are carried out through food testing. As a multifunctional instrument,we can use GC-MS to separate and determine target substance in food. So GC-MS has been widely used in the field of food detection. This article introduces the application of GC-MS in food detection in recent years.
