玩具对人类幼年阶段的意义重大,相对于虚拟电子产品,玩具产品具有更直观、更形象的特点。在玩耍过程中,儿童可摸、拿、听、吹、看等,可以锻炼儿童的感官与运动能力。当儿童未能广泛接触现实生活时,可以通过玩具来认识世界。本文通过对GB 6675.1-2014与欧盟玩具安全指令2009/48/EC中的儿童玩具产品的定义进行解析,并从产品的外观设计、售卖地点和实际用途3个方面举例说明,如何对玩具产品与玩具边界产品进行准确分析判断,以期为相关人员在工作中对玩具产品进行准确判断提供参考。

Toys are very important to the early stages of human life,compared with electronic products in modern society,toy products are more intuitive and vivid. In the process of playing,children can touch,take,listen,blow,look and so on,it can exercise children’s senses and motor ability..?When children do not have extensive exposure to real life,they learn about the world through toys.This paper analysis on the definition of children’s toy products in GB 6675.1-2014 and EU toy safety directive 2009/48/EC,and illustrates how to accurately analyze and judge toy products and toy boundary products from three aspects:product appearance design,In order to provide reference for relevant personnel to accurately judge toy products in their work.
