摘要
以培养目标作为导向,逐步完善课程体系,通过多维度达成度评价机制,对课程达成度、指标点达成度和毕业要求达成度进行客观评价,寻找需要改进的突破点,进而提出具体方案和改进措施,把持续改进的理念应用于工程教育专业认证的实践中,形成“以学生为中心、以学习产出为导向”的教学设计、教学实施以及教学评价。调查结果表明,持续性改进措施有效地提升了学生各方面的能力,使其得到了用人单位的认可,达到了工程教育专业认证的目的。
Taking the training goal as the goal,perfecting the curriculum system step by step,objectively evaluating the achievement degree of course,the achievement degree of the target point and the achievement degree of the graduation requirement through various evaluation mechanisms,searching for the breakthrough that needs to be improved,and then putting forward the concrete plan and improvement measures,this paper applys the idea of continuous improvement to the practice of engineering education professional certification,and forms a student-centered,learning outcomes-based teaching design,teaching implementation and teaching evaluation.The final research and survey results show that continuous improvement measures effectively improve the ability of students in all aspects,get the approval of employers,achieve the purpose of engineering education professional certification.
