摘要
在当前国家实施新工科和新旧动能转换的重大机遇面前,普通高校学位点如何进行建设是一个值得研究的课题。针对我校仪器科学与技术学位点建设中遇到的问题,从理论基础、方法与措施、政策保障等方面进行了研究和探索,提出了打造新工科导师团队、服务新旧动能转换、制订灵活的高水平人才引用机制等措施。通过学位点建设实践,进一步提高学校的办学水平和办学层次,培养优秀拔尖创新人才,推动学校学位与研究生教育的内涵式发展。
In the face of the great opportunities for the implementation of new engineering and the transformation of new and old growth drivers,how to construct the degree program of ordinary universities is a subject worthy of study.In view of the problems encountered in the construction of instrument science and technology degree points in our university,research and exploration was made in this paper,and some measures were put forward.These measures included building a new engineering tutor team,serving for the transformation of new and old growth drivers,and developing a flexible high-level talent citation mechanism.Through the practice of degree point construction,the levels of school was improved,the outstanding innovative talents were cultivated,and the connotative development of degree and graduate education was promoted.
