摘要
针对目前环境微生物学课程教学中出现的学生对理论知识的学习和实验操作积极性不高、实践与应用脱节等问题,基于产学研深度融合模式进行课程改革研究。通过科研融合的新模式使学生通过自主设计科研实验方案,在有限的学时内,较全面、系统地掌握环境微生物学的基本知识,提高学生学习的主动性,培养学生综合运用所学专业知识解决实际问题的能力。
In order to solve the problems in the current teaching process of environmental microbiology,such as students'low enthusiasm for theoretical knowledge learning and experiment,and the disconnection between practice and application,the curriculum reform is carried out based on the idea of industry-university-research integration.New mode of scientific research integration could motivate the students'independent design scientific experiment scheme,make students grasp the basic knowledge of environmental microbiology within the limited class hours more comprehensive and systematic,to realize the aim of improving the students'learning initiative,and cultivate students'comprehensive ability of applying professional knowledge to solving practical problems and innovation ability.
