摘要
食管癌属于中医噎膈的范畴,通过梳理历代中医古籍中有关噎膈的论述,从中分析整理出了古代医家对噎膈的认识历程,同时结合大量食管癌的诊疗经验,最终确立了食管癌的治疗大法为"甘润濡养"。通过进一步临床和基础研究,客观验证了"甘润濡养"法治疗食管癌的有效性和科学性。
Esophageal cancer can be classified into the category of dysphagia in the field of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM). By combined the discussion of dysphagia recorded in ancient TCM books,the cognitive process on dysphagia by ancient practitioners was analyzed and sorted out in this paper. And by combined with the experience in the diagnosis and treatment of a large number of patients with esophageal cancer, therapy of moistening and nourishing with sweet herbs was proposed as the therapeutic principle of refractory esophageal cancer. Further clinical trials and basic research are expected to carry out for objectively verifying the effectiveness and scientificity of therapy of moistening and nourishing with sweet herbs in the treatment of esophageal cancer.
