中医非手术疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症研究进展

Research Progress of TCM Non-Surgical Therapy in Treating LDH

腰椎间盘突出症为临床常见病,发病率较高,现阶段对于本病的治疗主要采用手术与非手术两种治疗方案,其中非手术治疗是现阶段腰椎间盘突出症的主要治疗方法。笔者查阅近年来非手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的文献资料,发现中药治疗、针灸治疗、手法治疗、针刀治疗、牵引治疗、药物治疗、运动疗法、封闭治疗等疗法单独或综合应用于腰椎间盘突出症,均有确切的治疗效果,能明显改善患者临床症状,降低炎症因子水平,提高生活质量。

The incidence rate of lumbar disc herniation(LDH)is very high.The treatment methods for this disease mainly include surgical and non-surgical treatment at the present stage,and the non-surgical treatment is the dominant therapy for LDH.This study reviewed the literature of non-surgical treatment for LDH in recent years,it found that TCM medication,acupuncture therapy,manual treatment,acupotomy treatment,traction treatment,medication treatment,exercise therapy and block therapy were used alone or in combinations to treat LDH.
