摘要
为解决橡胶助剂废水处理难度大、投资高等问题,采用铁屑过滤-吸附再生法预处理橡胶助剂生产废水,在进水COD为9864 mg·L^(-1)、铁屑过滤停留时间6 h的条件下,活性炭及树脂吸附后出水COD为1000 mg·L^(-1)左右,去除率可达90%,具备生化进水条件。由此可见,铁屑过滤-吸附再生法预处理橡胶助剂废水具有较好的处理效果。
In order to solve the problems of difficulty and high investment in rubber auxiliary wastewater treatment,iron dust filtration adsorption regeneration method was used to pretreat rubber auxiliary wastewater.When the COD of influent was 9864 mg·L^(-1),HRT was 6 h,and COD in the effluent was about 1000 mg·L^(-1).After adsorption by activated carbon and resin,the removal rate reached 90%,and the wastewater met the biochemical influent conditions.The results showed that the pretreatment of rubber auxiliary wastewater by iron dust filtration-adsorption regeneration process had good effect.
