摘要
油页岩是当今石油能源的重要补充,目前在油页岩开发利用中产生大量被随意丢弃的小颗粒油页岩,导致严重的环境污染和资源浪费。介绍了近几年国内外针对小颗粒油页岩综合利用的相关技术,简述了小颗粒油页岩成型利用、燃烧发电及干馏炼油技术的研究成果和应用案例,分析了小颗粒油页岩综合利用过程中现存的问题。分析表明:为推进小颗粒油页岩实现商业化大规模应用,还应在降低成型技术成本、完善燃烧发电配套设施、降低干馏设备维护成本等方面进行技术攻关,指出小颗粒油页岩的具体利用方式的选取还应结合油页岩开发整体建设,综合考虑油页岩开发利用成本。
Oil shale is an important supplement to today’s petroleum energy. At present, a large number of small particles of oil shale are discarded in the development and utilization of oil shale, resulting in serious environmental pollution and waste of resources. In this paper, the relevant technologies for the comprehensive utilization of small-particle oil shale at home and abroad in recent years were introduced. The research results and application cases of small particle oil shale forming and utilization, combustion power generation and dry distillation technology were briefly described, and the existing problems in the comprehensive utilization of small particle oil shale were analyzed. The analysis showed that in order to promote the commercialization of large-scale application of small-particle oil shale, technical breakthroughs should also be made in reducing the cost of forming technology, improving supporting facilities for combustion and power generation, and reducing the maintenance cost of dry distillation equipment. The selection of specific utilization methods of small-particle oil shale should also be combined with the overall construction of oil shale development, and the cost of oil shale development and utilization should be considered comprehensively.
