摘要
污泥作为污水处理过程中产生的主要副产物,污泥处置成本在污水厂运行总成本中占比较大,如何将产量巨大、成分复杂的污泥进行妥善稳定化处置,做到减量化、无害化,最终实现资源化利用,尤其是炼化污泥处置已成为各炼化企业环保装置运行与管理部门必须面对的重要课题。通过示范工程运行验证,"电渗透—污泥炭化"处置炼化污泥形成的炭渣,可作为动力锅炉原料的掺混辅料使用,进而实现污泥资源化利用。
Sludge is the main by-product produced in the process of sewage treatment, and the cost of sludge disposal has a large proportion in the total operating cost of sewage treatment plants. How to properly and stably dispose the sludge with huge output and complex composition to realize resource utilization has become an important subject for the operation of environmental protection equipment and management of various refinery enterprises. Through the demonstration project operation verification, the carbon residue of refinery sludge disposed by "electroosmosis-sludge carbonization" can be used as the power boiler raw material mixed auxiliary materials, and then the resource utilization can be realized.
