摘要 采用Aspen Plus V11软件,对异戊烯生产过程中的碳五混合烷烃分离工段分别采用常规精馏技术和热泵精馏技术进行稳态模拟,并对两种不同技术的能耗进行比较分析。结果表明:在满足各烷烃纯度>99.00%(质量分数)的条件下,相比于常规精馏技术,采用塔顶汽相直接压缩式热泵精馏技术可节省冷能耗42.47%,热能耗53.21%,总能耗降低47.91%,节能效果显著。 Two different distillation technologies were proposed for the separation of C;mixed alkanes in the production of isopentene, including the conventional distillation technology and the heat pump distillation technology. Furthermore, based on the simulation and optimization results of the two different distillation technologies using Aspen Plus V11 software, the simulation results of the energy consumption were compared and analyzed. Compared with the conventional distillation technology, the overhead vapor phase direct compression heat pump distillation technology displayed a trend of decline for the energy consumption under the purity of each alkane of more than 99.00%(mass fraction). The cold energy consumption, the heat energy consumption and the total energy consumption were reduced by 42.47%, 53.21% and 47.91%, respectively.
