摘要 深水开发井固井作业关乎油气田开发寿命,深水低温、水合物、浅层气、窄压力窗口等复杂地质环境给深水开发井表层套管固井作业带来风险与挑战,加之深水开发井表层套管固井作业量大,水泥浆的水化热、防窜、抗压强度、外加剂状态等性能都面临新的技术挑战。研发了一套低密度低水化热全液体水泥浆体系,水泥浆性能稳定,具有低密度、低水化热、防窜、强度满足下部钻进需求、适用于LAS系统的特点。现场应用作业顺利,固井质量优,为深水开发井表层套管固井作业具有借鉴意义。 Cementing operations of deepwater development wells are related to the development life of oil and gas fields. The complex geological environment of deep water low temperature, hydrates, shallow gas, narrow pressure window brings risks and challenges to deepwater development well surface casing cementing operations. In addition, the volume of cement slurry needed by the surface casing cementing is large, and the properties of cement slurry such as hydration heat, anti-gas migration, compressive strength, and additive state are all facing new technical challenges. In this paper, a low-density and low hydration heat cement slurry system with liquid additives was developed. The cement slurry has stable performance, low density, low hydration heat, and the compressive strength can meet the needs of operation, and is suitable for the LAS system. The field operation is smooth, and the cementing quality is excellent, which is of reference significance for the surface casing cementing operation of deepwater development wells.
