摘要 为了增储上产,探井、生产井作业全面铺开,作业量增加的同时也伴随着各类生产事故的发生,在保证生产的前提下,作业安全不容忽视。在渤海油田探井的表层作业中,通过优化下隔水导管的作业程序,实现了提高井口稳定性、承载力及井筒完整性的目的,既确保了后续开次作业的井眼稳定,又简化了作业流程,节约工期,提高了作业效率。通过总结形成一套适应于渤海地区的隔水导管下入工艺技术,对海洋表层作业提速增效具有参考和借鉴意义。 In order to increase reserves and production, exploration wells and production wells are spread out in an all-round way,and the workload is increasing, various production accidents often happen. Under the premise of ensuring production, the operation safety must not be ignored. In the surface operation of exploration wells in Bohai oilfield, the wellhead stability, wellhead bearing capacity and wellbore integrity were improved by optimizing the operation procedure of down riser. It not only ensured the borehole stability of subsequent operations, but also simplified the operation process, saved the construction period and improved the operation efficiency. In this paper, through the summary and research, a set of riser running technology suitable for Bohai Sea area was formed, which has reference significance to speed up the efficiency of offshore surface operation.
