摘要 提出了一种应用能量色散X射线荧光光谱分析法(EDXRF)测定铝土矿中铝元素含量的新方法。采用间接测量的方法,将目标元素铝经过一系列化学反应转换成氯化银沉淀,并对沉淀进行洗涤、过滤与干燥,应用EDXRF测定样品中的银元素含量,根据生成物化学式中铝元素与银元素的化学数量比计算得到样品中铝元素的含量。针对银元素的最佳激发条件进行了探究,通过计算银元素特征谱线峰背比绘制其与激发条件的关系曲线,得到银元素的最佳管电压为32 kV,最佳管电流为12 μА。测量结果铝土矿中铝元素的含量为29.26%,相对标准偏差为0.25%,与熔铸玻璃片法检测分析结果相一致。 A new method for measuring the mass fraction of aluminum element in bauxite by using energy dispersion X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy(EDXRF) was proposed. Using indirect measurement method, the target element aluminum was converted into silver chloride precipitation after a series of chemical reactions, and the precipitation was washed, filtered and dried, the silver element mass fraction in the sample was measured by EDXRF, and the mass fraction of aluminum element in the sample was calculated according to the chemical quantity ratio of the chemical aluminum element and the silver element of the generator. At the same time,the optimal excitation conditions of silver element were also explored, and by calculating the peak-back ratio of the characteristic line of silver elements, its relationship curve with the excitation conditions was drawn, the optimal tube voltage of silver elements was determined as 32 kV,and the optimal tube current was 12 μА. The mass fraction of aluminum in bauxite was 29.26% and the deviation from the standard was 0.25%, which was consistent with the results of the test and analysis of cast glass sheet method.
