摘要
人字波纹填料被广泛应用于冷却塔中,其风阻特性对冷却塔的传热传质与风机耗功影响较大。文中对人字波纹填料板的压降进行了三维模拟,并实验验证了模拟的准确性,揭示了凹槽深度、板间距、风速等因素对风阻的影响;同时拟合出了人字波纹填料风阻关联式。结果表明:人字波纹填料板压降正比于凹槽深度与板间距比值的0.73次方。填料凹槽深度由5 mm降低到1.5 mm时,若保持风速为2 m/s,风机耗功能下降53.3%;若维持风机耗功为77 W,风速能提升30%,有利于高湿高热空气尽快排出,强化传热传质。
Herringbone corrugated packing is widely used in cooling towers,and its wind resistance characteristics have a greater impact on the heat and mass transfer of the cooling tower and the power consumption of the fan.In this work,a three-dimensional simulation of the pressure drop in the herringbone corrugated packing plate was carried out,and the accuracy of the simulation was verified by experiments.The simulation revealsed the influence of groove depth,plate spacing,wind speed and other factors on wind resistance,meanwhile,the wind resistance correlation equation of the herringbone corrugated packing was fitted.The results show that the pressure drop is proportional to the 0.73 power of the ratio of the groove depth to the plate spacing.When the depth of the filler groove is reduced from 5 mm to 1.5 mm,fan energy consumption will be reduced by 53.3%if the wind speed is maintained at 2 m/s.The wind speed can be increased by 30%if the fan energy consumption is maintained at 77 W,which is conducive to the discharge of the high-humidity and high-heat air as soon as possible,and strengthens the heat and mass transfer.
